Here it is at your request. I was recently blessed to be able to visit several beaches in California and was struck by the soothing and effects of the ocean on me. It reminded me of this quote from Anne Morrow Lindbergh -The sea does not reward those who are too anxious, too greedy, or too impatient. One should lie empty, open, choiceless as a beach - waiting for a gift from the sea.
